Today, techniques change and develop quick as the wind. Parts and components become tinier every day, due to micro-electronics. Your machines have to run much faster to reduce costs and to force up productivity. This leads to increasingly high demands on both machines and materials used in industrial production. Faster machines generate higher temperatures and a higher wear. Standard materials reach their limits. These production processes demand materials fulfilling more than just one task, materials which comprise several useful features in one or which can be combined, obtaining optimum results.

As our customer, count on our expert knowledge in handling these materials! At AGK, altogether, some 50 different materials are processed and/or combined. From cotton laminates up to high-quality ceramics enduring 100 – 1500°C, we offer you a wide range of possibilities.
We highly emphasize a well-founded technical advice and set a great store by supporting our customers in questions of construction and thermal calculations.
Our sales and production personnel is trained in characteristics of asbestos substitute products for more than 30 jears. We will also tell you, if laminate oriantation of the material is important for your technical problem or during the production. We keep the overview for more than 50 materials which are placed in our portfolio and commit our interbranch knowledge to our customers, during the counseling interviews.

We have permanently supported our stock of more than 600 qm pure storage area for pallets, therefore we could not only deliver semi-finished products to our customers very fast, but also produce finished parts with short delivery time. Our production employees handle from papery 0,5 mm plate to 500 kg plate all dimensions and weight classes.
Our customers receive lower quantities of cuts and specific wares, we have on stock, very often already two days after order. It is also possible, to reduce the deliverytime. Sometimes our customers receive their orders sooner than confirmed. Unfortunately we cannot grand this for every order.
"We don't know traditional company holidays!" AGK is presented for there customers, but naturally our employees go on holidays from time to time, so that we cannot reduce delivery times while this period. We plan to realize our confirmed orders in destined time and perhaps allow some few changes in construction during the production process.
Unfortunately some of our suppliers make company holidays, so especially in summer holidays we cannot grand very fast delivery times. Raw materials, which we need for injection, have to be ordered in time for every order, so in most cases it isn't possible to raise the quantity of orders. Semi-finished parts, which we buy if necessary addionally, are also not receivable in the company holidays. This circumstance is to be consider before place an order or change request. Thanks.
Between Christmas and New Year's Day, we will be present for our customers on call. If our customers need finished parts very urgent in case of machine breakwown or something near, we produce them with employees which are on call duty.
